Do you know what is that box?.That is your comfort zone.A comfort zone is a place where your life goes around on your daily life.It is also the thing that represents as your limit,but do you think what will happen when you go outside to your comfort zone?.If you think that this is dangerous let me prove to you that you are wrong.

Here are the advantages of getting out of your comfort zone:

  • Experience new things
  • Explore the world that is outside your box
  • Learn ideas that can help you to enhance yourself
  • Getting the best version of yourself

Also here are some disadvantages of getting out your comfort zone:

  • It can cause stress
  • You may experience fear on the first time
  • Some times you may forgot the things that you use to do

Now you know what are the advantages and disadvantages of getting outside your comfort zone.Don’t afraid to to explore and experience that you have’nt try,just do it because maybe it can be good to you or good to your life.Experiencing new things can teach you more lessons that you can use to your daily life.Its not bad to challange your self for new things because overcoming your comfort zone is like a training or practice to improve an individuals life.
